Tube Inserts from Sinclair & Rush

Sinclair & Rush are amongst the largest stock holders of Plastic Tube Inserts in the UK. We manufacture Tube Inserts in the UK as part of our range of Injection Moulded products. Made from durable LDPE, Tube Inserts have ribbed cores that hold them securely in place when fitted to tubes or box section. Plastic Tube Inserts fit flush and are easily installed by hand, saving on time consuming and costly welding. [Click here for more info on Injection Moulding]

Our standard range of Plastic Tube Inserts are available in many sizes and styles to suit a variety of uses. Round Tube Inserts are fitted into round tubes to close the ends in an attractive and functional manner, often used as furniture feet. Square Tube Inserts and Rectangular Tube Inserts are used to close off fence posts. We can mould in any colour required and lead-times are short for bespoke Tube Inserts.

Threaded Inserts allow for the installation of Height Adjustable Feet or Castors and come in a range of thread sizes to suit Metric or BSP. Contact the sales team on 01634 686504 for help selecting the correct Threaded Insert for your application.

Domed Inserts are often found at the bottom of chair and furniture legs as the round shape allows for multiple angles.

To correctly specify a Tube Insert, simply match to the outside dimensions of the tube or box section to the head size, allowing for the thickness of the metal to fall within the wall thickness range.
