"Sinclair and Rush really is a great firm to work for. The family feel is at the heart of what makes them different & stand out. I feel valued & cared for which in turn makes me want to work harder for them. They are more than a plastics company and look after their people by listening to them. It shows by many long standing employees the business has. It speaks for itself."  Ellie. Sales Support
