As a UK Manufacturer, we offer Custom Mouldings from a variety of Moulding Methods. As the worlds' largest producer of PVC Vinyl Dip Mouldings, we offer fast turn-around on new tooling and the expertise gained making Vinyl Products since 1950. Dip Moulding produces Flexible Parts and initial set-up charges are typically low. This process can be used to Dip Coat directly onto Metal Components, providing a soft finish.
We also Manufacture Injection Moulded Components, using our fleet of German Made Boy and Arburg Machines, as well as our French made Billion Presses. As a Global company, we benefit from in-house design and low tooling costs through our location in China.
Plastic Extrusion is a process recently moved to the UK so that we could better serve the UK and European markets. We manufacture Clear Packaging Tubes made from recycled PETG that are highly customisable. We also offer Foam Extrusion, Thermoforming and Compression Moulding with the Group.
