Next-Day Samples by Courier
We have listened to your feedback and decided to change the way that we send our free-of-charge samples. All sample requests are now shipped using a next-day courier service to ensure traceability and reliability. We understand that testing for fit and function is an important part of the process and delays at the start of a project can be very costly in the long-term.
With this in mind we have moved away from postage and will be sending all samples by courier. You will receive a notification when the samples are shipped along with an expected delivery slot. This remains completely free of charge for companies making sample requests with a website account.
A nominal charge of £4.50 will be applied to sample requests from private individuals during the request process although the items remain free of charge for the first 4 units. If a larger quantity is required for trial, the basket will convert to a small order. Sample requests received after 14:00 may be sent the following day.
