Currently, we have actioned your request and the website upgrade and renovation is underway. The aim of the renovation is to ensure all areas of the site are current, with enough detail to ensure our customers are well-informed regarding parts. Another area to improve is our new computer-generated images and supporting video. The images look slick and consistent across each category and we feel makes our website stand out from our competitors. Likewise, the video makes it explicitly clear to you, our customers, what the part looks like from all angles. Our aim each step of the way is to give the user an honest, clear and easy-to-navigate online website. This all supports our 5 Star Service. Alongside the website makeover, we want to translate our Sinclair & Rush English website into other languages. This is to support our many overseas customers. One of our largest markets is Germany. So naturally this will be the first area of focus, then moving on to Swedish, French, Spanish, Polish etc. Translating the entire website into several different languages is a big task, one that will take time and resources for it to be achieved effectively. But it is 100% worth the work in the long run. It is important to us that every one of our clients feels they can communicate with us effectively. One of our USPs is that we portray a global family feel and offer a 5 Star Service. This can all be shown in the website translation project.
Watch this space, this is a large project and one that could take a year or so to complete. We aim to have the new website up and running in November this year.
