On Thursday 25th April, Sinclair & Rush proudly hosted a ‘Behind the Scenes’ event in collaboration with the Institute of Directors (IoD).

Visitors were welcomed to our Rochester site and given an exclusive tour, meeting team members from across the business and experiencing our manufacturing methods first-hand. From extrusion and injection moulding to assembly and logistics, attendees left with a greater understanding of the work we do and the value we bring to our customers.

In addition to the tour, guests enjoyed inspiring talks from a number of speakers including Grant Phyphers of Lion Leadership, Amanda Broderick from the Centre for Higher and Degree Apprenticeships, and our very own Managing Director, James Gardner.

It was a fantastic opportunity to connect with directors from a wide range of industries, and we’re incredibly grateful to the IoD for allowing us to showcase the dedication and expertise of our team. The event reflected the values we hold at Sinclair & Rush — openness, innovation, and collaboration.
