Sinclair & Rush, Inc., through its VisiPak division, has successfully completed the acquisition of MasterPac Corporation of St. Louis, Missouri — a thermoforming manufacturer specialising in clamshell packaging, blisters, and trays.

This strategic move by VisiPak, a leading manufacturer of clear plastic packaging products, significantly increases its thermoforming capacity and capabilities. Production will continue at the existing MasterPac facility, as well as at VisiPak’s other US locations in Arnold and Fenton, Missouri, and Carlstadt, New Jersey. VisiPak also provides international manufacturing capabilities in the United Kingdom, China, and Australia.

The VisiPak customer base will now enjoy an expanded selection of clamshell packaging, tooling and design capabilities, greater manufacturing capacity, a wider product range, and clean room production options. Meanwhile, MasterPac customers will gain access to VisiPak’s complete line of packaging solutions, including plastic tube packaging, clear folding cartons, and over 170 variations of in-stock clamshells. VisiPak will also continue to provide decoration, design services, contract packaging, assembly, and fulfilment at both US and international manufacturing sites.
