As you may have noticed, it’s been a very busy few weeks here at Sinclair & Rush. Amidst all the excitement, we’ve also experienced a bittersweet moment as we said goodbye to one of our most valued team members — Janet, who has officially retired.

Many of our long-standing customers will know Janet as our Accounts Manager, having joined us back in 1993. Over the last 25 years, she has become a much-loved part of the Sinclair & Rush family, and a familiar, trusted point of contact for many clients and colleagues alike.

Throughout her time with us, Janet witnessed and adapted to many significant changes across the manufacturing industry, including:

  • A growing emphasis on quality control in the 1990s.
  • A stronger focus on workplace safety in the 2000s.
  • Major advances in automation and technology
  • And most recently, a collective shift towards sustainable production methods

Janet’s dedication, professionalism, and friendly nature have left a lasting impact, and she will be missed greatly by everyone here. We wish her the very best in her well-earned retirement and thank her for the incredible contribution she’s made over the past two and a half decades.

Thank you, Janet — and all the very best for the future!
