There’s no better feeling than hearing directly from customers about how our parts have made a real difference to their work—and their lives. It reminds us why we do what we do.
We’re incredibly proud to share this recent story from Aberystwyth Wheelchair Basketball Club, a registered charity making a big impact. A huge well done goes to our Senior Sales Representative, Elaine, for delivering outstanding service to help make this happen.
Here’s what Coach Lee Coulson had to say:
"I would like to thank everyone at Sinclair & Rush for the product provided. Aberystwyth Wheelchair Basketball Club is a registered charity, and you may have seen some footage of our club on national TV lately following the success of Kai Hamilton Frisby, who took part in the Children in Need Rickshaw Challenge.
Your caps have been a Godsend. We received funding to refurbish our wheelchairs, which are now over 10 years old. One of the biggest issues was that the backrest upright poles would break through the upholstery and dig into the young people’s backs. Some providers use leather to cover the ends, but our chairs are fabric-based.
I found your caps online and they are PERFECT. We are now fitting them to ALL our chairs. Once again, thank you for the product you supplied. We’d love the opportunity to speak further, as you may be able to help supply more caps to other wheelchair providers across the UK."
