Product Information

Our range of Silicone Flangeless Plugs are used to close openings during Powder Coating, E-Coating, Plating and Anodizing. Made from Silicone, this range of High Temp Plug can be used in temperatures above 300°c and are rigid enough to be pushed into place whilst retaining the flexibility required. All Flangeless Plugs have a simple pull-tab handled moulded into the top, to aid removal.

We offer a standard stock range available for next-day delivery and can also assist with any custom enquiries that you have relating to this product. If you cannot find the part you are looking for, or need any help selecting the correct size, please call our Sales Team now on 01634 686504 and we will be happy to assist.

Product Uses

Available in a range of colours to make identification easy, the unique design of our Silicone Flangeless Plugs means that the coating does not build up around the plugs onto the surface. The Tapered shape means that one Flangeless Plug will suit many sizes of opening including threaded holes.
