Our Rubber End Tips are used to protect the ends of smaller gauge tubes and rods and are Injection Moulded for accuracy in high performing TPR, TPE or PVC. We can produce tooling for new sizes in short lead-times, so please make an enquiry with the office, if you need something that is not listed above.

Product Uses

A multi-purpose protection cap used by many industries to protect threaded bars or small tubes. Injection Moulded so that we can manufacture smaller internal diameters with larger wall thickness without seeing the varied results produced from Dip Moulding. This style of Rubber End Tip are made from flexible PVC, TPR or TPE(TPV) with a high Shore Rating, meaning that they will conform to uneven surfaces without losing their form.
