VisiPak Creates Bespoke Tube Packaging for Milk Makeup

To support Milk Makeup in achieving a high-end, professional look for their product line, the design team at our St. Louis facility in the USA collaborated closely with their team to develop custom-moulded tops and bottoms for their tube containers. The aim was to balance aesthetic appeal with practical functionality.

Milk Makeup required packaging that would both showcase the product visually and hold it securely in place. The solution was a specially engineered friction-fit plug that locked into the bottom of each tube. This plug featured a moulded base designed to support the product from within, ensuring stability during storage and display.

Thanks to VisiPak’s wide range of tube shapes and sizes—along with the ability to extrude tubes to virtually any length—we were able to produce tailored packaging for multiple items in the Milk Makeup range in a highly cost-effective and scalable manner.
