Friday 27th September saw members from our Sinclair & Rush team take part in the annual MacMillan coffee morning.
MacMillan are a cause close to the heart of many of our team as they provide 'the support, tools and inspiration needed to find the best way through Cancer diagnosis'. With the increasing numbers of cancer survivors, this can only be put down to the research, effort and finances put into the charity through events like this.
Multiple team members baked delicious cakes which were purchased on-site during the day by the team and the management team authorised a 'Dress-down' day to enable us to wear our casual clothing to work for a small donation.
At the end of the day, the total amount raised exceeded £200 which is an amazing amount and a near-record breaker for a single charity day event at S&R.
Thank you to all of our team members that put their hands in their pockets and donated to such a worthwhile cause.
