By Injection Moulding, we are able to offer a range of harder Protective Caps made from LDPE, designed with specific purposes in mind. This high-volume method allows for a cost-effective way to manufacture a quality item. Our End Caps and Plastic Caps are a simple multi-purpose cap, whilst our Plastic Nut Caps clip onto exposed bolt heads. Our large range of Threaded Caps are made to suit male threaded in either Metric or BSP and provide a tight seal. Our Rubber Caps suit many industrial applications and we hold large stocks in the UK. For High Temperature applications, we supply Silicone Caps and EPDM Caps which are used for masking in coating processes that require an oven.
