Our range of Silicone Caps offer a solution for masking components undergoing blasting or high temperature processes. Silicone Caps can be used in temperatures over 300°c and depending on the process, are re-usable.

Product Uses
Available in a huge range of sizes and colours, Silicone Caps are a favourite of Powder Coaters and other industries using a heat process as part of the finishing or coating of the end-product. Silicone is durable and will be re-usable depending on the chemicals and heat that it is subjected to. Many factories use colour to help operators differentiate between sizes to speed the process. To ensure a cost-effective solution, our Silicone Caps are manufactured in the Far East and then stocked in the UK to allow for a fast turn-around.
