We’re only halfway through 2018, but already we have a lot to be excited about. We’ve acquired new units, taken on new machines and capabilities, and announced this year’s charity fundraising events. And now, we’re delighted to announce the launch of our new website!
When we embarked upon the redesign project, we were committed to making the site easy-to-navigate and user-friendly; in essence, we wanted to make it easier for you to find out who we are and what we do. Using our customers as the inspiration, we have now developed a site that eases the journey from discovery to purchase.
Amongst many other great features, the new site includes:
- New Product Pages
The new product pages allow you to view photos of each item and customise the diameter, length, colour and quantity; you can then add to basket and place an order. You can also view technical drawings and request samples.
- Revised Ordering Process
Combined with the newly designed product pages, the revised ordering process should make ordering items quicker and easier for our customers.
- Revised Login Area
For regular customers, we have created a new login area. Here, users are able to view previous orders, re-order the same products, and view recently viewed items.
- Fully Responsive
A fully-responsive website means that you can now shop for products on mobile or tablet. This is especially useful for re-orders, where users can login and place orders on the go.
To support our growing customer base, we have also ensured that our new site is multilingual. This means that it can be translated for European countries.
