Thursday 25th April saw Sinclair & Rush host a 'Behind the Scenes' event for the Institute of Directors.
The attendees were all shown around our Rochester site meeting Team Members from all areas of the business as well as being shown all of our Manufacturing Methods in person so that they left with a better understanding of what we as a business do.
As well as the tour, they were treated to talks by a number of people including Grant Phyphers from Lion Leadership, Amanda Broderick from the Centre for Higher and Degree Apprenticeships and our own Managing Director, James Gardner.
This was a fantastic opportunity for Sinclair & Rush to be visited by Directors from companies in other industries and we are grateful for the opportunity to showcase the fantastic work our Team Members work so hard to complete on a daily basis.
